Since childhood, Rique's been a well rounded artist, beginning with a VHS camcorder and action figures. He created stop motion films, wrote scenes for his neighborhood friends, and produced videos for Youtube in the early 00's. In high school, Rique took part in musical theater and drama programs. During his four year stint acting and performing on stage, he earned an Honor Thespian recognition as well awards for Rising Star and Best Actor.
After moving to Los Angeles, he's worked on numerous films, television shows, and viral worthy internet content. Rique's been seen on ABC, MTV, Freeform, Oxygen Network, and on GQ [to name a few]. He is notable for starring in the MVA nominated music video for the chart topping, #1 dance hit single, 'Need U (100%)' from Duke Dumont. The single was #1 in the UK, top of the Billboard dance charts in the US, nominated for a Grammy award and can be seen on the internet and music channels globally. Rique also starred in Duke Dumont's sophomore video for his second Grammy nominated single, 'I Got U'. The music video currently holds over 300 million views on Youtube and in 2015, was nominated for a Brit Award against acts like One Direction and Sam Smith for BRITISH ARTIST VIDEO OF THE YEAR.
